1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the official extort.bio Discord application (the "Bot") when it is added to a Discord server or when you interact with it. The Bot is operated in connection with the extort.bio website and services ("extort.bio", "we", "us"). By adding or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms and to the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
2. What the Bot does
The Bot may provide features such as:
- Slash commands and context actions for server setup, moderation, or account linking;
- Display of public extort.bio profile information where you have configured it;
- Operational messages (for example confirmations or errors) in response to your commands.
Features can change as extort.bio evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot may be removed, updated, or disabled at any time.
3. Eligibility and server permissions
Only users who are allowed to add integrations under Discord's rules should invite the Bot. Server administrators are responsible for granting only the permissions the Bot reasonably needs and for complying with applicable law when using moderation or data-related features.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Bot to:
- Violate Discord's policies or any applicable law;
- Harass, threaten, or harm others;
- Spam, scrape, or overload Discord or extort.bio infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.
We may restrict or terminate use of the Bot for violations.
5. Third parties
The Bot relies on Discord's platform and, where configured, on extort.bio backends (for example database or API services). Those services have their own terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE BOT.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
